InJet® 888 CRD 1F
InJet® 888 CRD-1F is designed primarily for removing flux residues from solder frames or for maintenance cleaning of soldering equipment parts. The designation 1F indicates a 1-storey solution, primarily intended for cleaning larger parts.
Technical data sheet►InJet® 888 CRD 2F
The InJet® 888 CRD-2F is developed primarily for the removal of smelting residues from soldering frames, and the maintenance cleaning of soldering equipment components. The cleaning system can be used for PCB cleaning, or for cleaning a combination of boards, misprints and stencils. It can also be used for cleaning of conformal coating frames. The cleaning system can be used for post-soldering board cleaning, or for cleaning a combination of boards, misprints and stencils. The 2F designation refers to a 2-storey solution where smaller parts can be cleaned in two baskets simultaneously to maximize cleaning capacity. After easy removal of the rotation arm, large parts can be cleaned in one (lower) basket.
Technical data sheet►AirJet® 4127 CRD
AirJet® 4127 CRD is designed for maintenance cleaning of reflow ovens and waves soldering machines parts. All processes are automated and take place in 3 separate process chambers, which are also storage tanks. Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber, where the operator places the basket of parts. Then, the operator manually moves the cleaned basket to the secondary rinse chamber. The operator then moves the basket to the last drying chamber. All 3 chambers can be used at the same time, which increases the cleaning capacity of the machine and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems.
Technical data sheet►Sonix® 355 CRRD
Sonix® 355 CRRD is designed to remove the cured conformal coating from coating frames, parts of coating machines and coated PCBs for repair and subsequent coating. All processes are automated and run in 4 separate process chambers, which are also storage tanks. Can also be used for “dual” application - one chamber for coating frame and pallets, second for reflow oven and wave soldering machine parts. All 4 chambers can be used at the same time, which increases the cleaning capacity of the machine, reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems and optimizes rinsing with two rinsing chambers.
Technical data sheetDecotron® T332
Water-based cleaning fluid determined for maintenance cleaning of flux residues from soldering frames, pallets and masks and parts of reflow ovens and wave soldering machines. Specially developed for cleaning filter elements of REHM reflow ovens. Ready-mix, intended for direct use. Effective for all types of solder paste and flux types. Intended for air bubbling technology.
Technical data sheet►Decotron® T300SA
Water-based cleaning fluid determined for maintenance cleaning of flux residues from soldering frames, pallets and masks and parts of reflow ovens and wave soldering machines. Extra strong ready-mix intended for heavily polluted parts. Additive against oxidation of aluminium.
Technical data sheetDI water
DCT Deionized water intended for dilution of concentrates of cleaning fluids and as a rinsing medium.
Technical data sheetTraceability ONLINE
Highest level of DCT traceability option fulfilling Industry 4.0 requirements, using the online connection of cleaning machine to customer‘s network thru software. The output is not file but access to OPC client with online cleaning process data. Customer can use this data for all his own other traceability operations.
Technical data sheetTraceability OFFLINE
A basic version of traceability when general process data like set times, temperatures, conductivity levels, conductivity and cycle number are stored to CSV file in cleaning machine touch screen SD card. PLC is ready for connection of Barcode Reader. Customer can choose standard DCT barcode reader (P/N 10119A) or use own barcode reader when DCT need to setup its setting (P/N 10119C).
Technical data sheetReflow Cleaner 94
A water-based cleaning fluid designed for manual cleaning of soldering devices. Ready-mix intended for direct use. Designed for cleaning of most types of flux residues. Developed for areas with common contamination levels, minimum smell, high compatibility with aluminium-based alloys.
Technical data sheet►Reflow Cleaner 88
A water-based cleaning fluid designed for manual cleaning of soldering devices. Ready-mix intended for direct use. Designed for cleaning of most types of solder paste and flux residues. Developed for areas with high contamination levels. The increased smell, lower compatibility with aluminium-based alloys.
Technical data sheetDecotron® T389F
Water-based cleaning fluid determined for maintenance cleaning of flux residues from soldering frames, pallets and masks and parts of reflow ovens and wave soldering machines.
Technical data sheet►AirJet® 486 CRD
The AirJet® 486 CRD is designed for the maintenance cleaning of reflow ovens and waves soldering machines parts. All processes are automated and take place in 3 separate process chambers, which are also storage tanks. Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber, where the operator places the basket of parts. Zhen, the operator manually moves the cleaned basket to the secondary rinse chamber. The operator then moves the basket to the last drying chamber. All 3 chambers can be used at the same time, which increases the cleaning capacity of the machine and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems.
Technical data sheet►AirJet® 594 CRD - SAC
AirJet® 594 CRD - SAC is designed for maintenance cleaning of reflow ovens and waves soldering machines parts. The AirJet® 594 CRD is equipped with a motorized manipulator for easy lowering the baskets, then pulling out the baskets and moving them between the process chambers. Thanks to this device, the operator is not forced to lift heavy parts, making the machine exceptionally ergonomic, safe and user-friendly. Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber, where the operator drops the parts basket using a manipulator. After cleaning, the operator moves the basket to the rinsing chamber by the manipulator and then to the last drying chamber. All 3 chambers can be used simultaneously, which increases the cleaning capacity of the machine and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems.
